In an effort to continue serving our community, while protecting the health and safety of customers and employees:

  • Maricopa County Planning and Development Department’s customer service lobby is closed to the public.
  • We are accepting permits online.
  • Customers can submit a question through our online inquiry system, call 602-506-8573 or chat live with a representative for assistance with online permitting.
  • Emergency electrical permits and FastTrack eligible permits should be submitted via our online portal.  Apply for a permit .  A list of permits that are eligible for FastTrack can be found here.  Fast Track permits are currently reviewed in 4-5 business days.

We offer permitting and planning services that allow neighborhoods in unincorporated Maricopa County to grow in a safe, balanced way.
