How to Apply for Services

If interested in applying for financial assistance services please contact your local Community Action Action Program (CAP) office to schedule an appointment. 
Documentation Required for Application

Documentation will be requested at the time of the applicant’s appointment to establish eligibility for financial assistance services. Documentation may include but is not limited to the following: 
  • Photo identification of the applicant
  • Social Security Cards of all household members
  • Documentation of household income received in the 30 days prior to and including appointment date
  • Most recent utility bills for gas and electrical usage of current residence (for utility financial assistance services)
