Use of Public Highways by Wireless Providers
A resolution to establish a schedule of permit fees for small wireless structures and facilities. Adopted November 8, 2017.
Patent Easement Abandonment Ordinance
Ordinance establishing a process for the abandonment of patent easements that are not currently used or needed in the future. Adopted May 7, 2014.
Quiet Zone Ordinance
Ordinance Adopted March 12, 2014.
The Transportation Department is committed to providing multiple
opportunities for stakeholder input regarding the adoption and amendment
of all regulatory requirements. In the event the Department fails to
observe adoption procedures pertaining to Maricopa County's Enhanced
Regulatory Outreach Program policy, citizens can submit a complaint.
