Approval to Construct


Submit an application to obtain approval to construct water lines, gravity sewer lines, force mains, wells, storage tanks, lift stations, etc. associated with a water, wastewater or reclaimed water facility or system.

Approval of Construction


Submit an application to obtain approval to operate after the construction of water lines, gravity sewer lines, force mains, wells, storage tanks, lift stations, etc. associated with a water, wastewater or reclaimed water facility or system has been completed.

Approval of Sanitary Facilities for a Subdivision


Submit an application to obtain approval of sanitary facilities for a subdivision and the issuance of an Approval Of Sanitary Facilities for a Subdivision certificate as required by the Arizona Department of Real Estate to issue a Public Report.

Approval of Sanitary Facilities for a Mobile Home Park


Submit an application to obtain approval of sanitary facilities for a mobile home and/or recreational vehicle park and the issuance of an Approval Of Sanitary Facilities for a Subdivision certificate.

Expired Permit of Mobile Home Park


Submit an application to obtain approval of an expired permit of a mobile home park through the Subdivision, Infrastructure and Planning Program as required through enforcement actions.

Approval of A312G Alternative Features


Submit an application to request the approval of a feature of improved or alternative technology, design, setback, installation or operation that differs from a permit requirement for General Aquifer Protection Permits Types 4.01 to 4.23 as specified in Arizona Administrative Code (AAC) R18-9-A312G.

Change Certificate


Submit an application to change the subdivision name and/or owner name on a previously approved sanitary facility for a subdivision.

Septic Subdivision Approval Requirements Memorandum


Memorandum provides guidelines and details approval requirements for new subdivisions where the subdivision is using onsite wastewater disposal systems (i.e. septic systems) to manage their sanitary sewage.
