The weekly permit applications received reports are categorized by permit type and contain information regarding the permit number, business name and address, application type, source types, and date received by the department. The applications and proposed permits may be reviewed by submitting a Public Records Request.
The monthly permits issued reports contain information regarding the permit number, business name and address of permits issued.
Enforcement Summary Reports
The enforcement summary reports contain order of abatement (OA), and order of abatement by consent (OAC) information. These reports are available pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS) §49-511(D). For more information on Enforcement cases, please submit a Public Records Request.
In accordance with ARS §49-426 and §49-480, any person may submit written comments and/or a written request for a public hearing on the proposed permits within 30 days after the first date of publication to the permitting division manager at: 3800 N. Central Ave., Suite 1400, Phoenix, AZ 85012.
Any written comment shall state the name and mailing address of the person, shall be signed by the person, his agent, or his attorney and shall clearly set forth reasons why the permit should or should not be issued. Grounds for comment are limited to whether the proposed permit meets the criteria for issuance as prescribed in ARS §49-426, §49-480, or §49-481.
